HP ePrint does Not Print- How to fix it?

HP ePrint gives you the access to print from any location provided you have a stable internet access. This ePrinting feature has made printing easy and convenient. Just by sending an email using your HP printer email address on configured 123 HP setup, you can print as many copies as you want.

However, at times, users fail to print via HP ePrint due to several reasons. One of the reasons could be the incorrect printer status of network connection. Even if you are not certain about the cause of the issues, you can check to fix the problem by fixing the status. On the other hand, if the problem is with your HP printer driver, you can fix it by installing the driver from 123.hp.com/setup and proceed further with the printer status.

If you are not receiving ePrint jobs, there must be some problem with the Internet connection, to fix it, follow the procedure below.

Check printer status

  1. Turn off the printer completely and turn on to eradicate any existing issue
  2. Command a print task via the same local network connection to see if the issue is fixed
  • If the error is not related with the network connection, go to 123.hp.com to get assistance
  • If you see an error message that says ‘printer not found’ on your HP printer’s display, then the issue is related with the network, in such a case, follow the steps below
  1. Make sure that the web services are enabled on the printer as mentioned below-
  • For touchscreen or LCD display printers: tap on the HP ePrint icon, then tap Settings, and allow Web settings. You can also navigate to the Web Services menu below Network Setup or Wireless Settings
  • Printers with simple or non-sensitive display: Check for the network configuration and print self-test page to determine the printer IP address. Once you find out the address, enter it in a web browser search bar to open the embed Web Server. Click ‘Web Services’ tab to activate/ turn on the setting
  1. Command an ePrint job and check if the problem is fixed
